All Fish is guarantee to arrive live, if you receive fish DOA please take a picture of the fish in the bag and email us at angelfishparadise@hotmail.com within 1 hour of delivery.
 Refund will be issued for purchase price of the Fish.
 Live shipments must be received immediately upon delivery by courier. If you are not home to receive your shipment on its first delivery attempt, this guarantee is void.
Failure to report damage at the time of delivery void this guarantee.
Even if an animal appears deceased, you must attempt to acclimate it.
Stress caused by shipping can often cause Fish to appear to be lifeless in their bags, but they may be revived by proper acclimation techniques.
Your tank must be established and in good condition. Your water quality should meet standards:
Ammonia: 0 ppm
Nitrites: 0 ppm
Nitrates: 30 ppm
pH: 6.8 to 7.2
 We recommend quarantining all newly purchased Fish in a separate tank before introducing them to the population of your established aquarium.

 

 Acclimation Procedures.

The following procedures are recommended to safely and successfully introduce new fish into an established aquarium.

Acclimation should take no longer than 1 hour to complete.
Test water chemistry and make necessary adjustments to prepare your tank for acclimation.
 Turn off the light in your aquarium and dim the lights in the room.
Cut the bag open below the rubber bands and pour the fish and water into the empty bucket.
Slowly add 1 cup of water from the aquarium to the bucket. 
Repeat adding 1 cup of water every 5 minutes for 45 minutes.
Net fish and release into the aquarium.
Keep the aquarium lights off and the room lights dimmed for at least the first 10 hours after acclimation.
